Yesterday I found an old exercise book that was left over from one of our first steps training programs. I have no idea who wrote this and from which First Steps training program it came from. Evidently we were discussing our fears and how they impact on us.
Who ever wrote this was very brave to write this down and I hope they are successfully tackling their fears . . .
“My fear = Myself. Losing myself in time and not being mentally strong enough to succeed. Not succeeding and failing comes from not wanting to disappoint my family.”
