One of our First Steps participants from last year made this Facebook post yesterday. She has worked really hard for her success and has focused on her goals. We are immensely proud of her.
I remember her graduation speech, where she described how hard it was for her to find a job. She said that employers couldn’t see her potential and wouldn’t give her a go. She sure has shown them now. I can’t imagine any employer not being keen to have her on their team.
We have the capacity to achieve our own dreams if we work hard and overcome the fears that hold us back. When an opportunity comes up . . . GO FOR IT!! Don’t hesitate. Don’t over-think. Just believe.
